01. MARTIN UNMASKED: Close associate and supporter of Darren Onley-Fraser, Martin (aka TG user @CryptoSaver_YT), is a convicted scammer/fraudster and was prosecuted in the US for a Facebook advert scam whereby a default judgement of $1.4m was issued against him.
02. DARREN OLNEY-FRASER REFUSES TO ANSWER: Darren has refused to answer all the legitimate questions raised by users on TG regarding his 'lawsuits' claiming he won't answer 'Psyops' on there. He committed to answering in his latest update - he didn't.
03. US INVESTIGATION UPDATE: Darren announced he is working with a US Enforcement Agency to investigate further, however, to be involved you must be part of his Community Lawsuits. This is yet more behaviour that points to this being a scam.
04. DARREN OLNEY-FRASER ADMITS TO FRAUD: Darren admits to Fraudulent Misrepresentation (by way of Identity Theft) by creating and using fake Coen Brother identities as part of Coen & Associates.
05. STAGED AMA HAS LEGAL IMPLICATIONS: The staged AMA on TG in response to the releases on Darren Olney-Fraser has significant legal implications for those who helped to stage and facilitate it.
06. IMPLICATION OF LEDGERSCORE WYOMING LAWSUIT: Developments in the LedgerScore Wyoming lawsuit (and by default Nathan Christian & Darren Olney-Fraser) has major negative implications for the Class Action Lawsuits which has not been shared by Darren.
07. SOLICITATION OF NEW LAWSUIT WILL IMPACT EXISTING: Darren has been soliciting for a new class action lawsuit specific to the South Africa Freeway 'Algo' which would exclude a significant number of his named potential defendants for his existing lawsuit.

AFTER THE RELEASE OF THIS SITE AND THE UPDATES THAT WE HAVE ISSUED, MANY HAVE ASKED DARREN DIRECT QUESTIONS IN RESPONSE TO THE EVIDENCE CONTAINED. DARREN HAS TAKEN ONE OF TWO STANCES TO QUESTIONS RAISED (BOTH OF WHICH ARE NOT WHAT WOULD BE EXPECTED OF A LAWYER HEADING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ON BEHALF OF THOSE ASKING THE QUESTIONS): HE HAS EITHER IGNORED THEM, OR HE HAS TOLD PEOPLE HE WON'T ANSWER PSYOPS.

I am unable to practice or launch legal proceedings in any of these countries except Australia (see below regarding Australia).
I haven't told anyone but I have been reported to the Australian and Victorian regulators and am currently being investigated by them as to the legality of me practicing.
